  • How much is shipping?
    • FREE throughout the USA - Most of our products are produced in the USA so we are able to offer free domestic shipping with USPS.
    • Only $6.95 Flat Rate everywhere else in the world! - We offer a very competitive flat rate of just $6.95 for shipping to all other destinations across the world.

    • When will I be notified of dispatch?
      • When you first place your order you will receive an email confirming your purchase. We then process your order and produce a freshly printed product. Some products take longer to produce than others but the average sort of time frame is 3-5 working days until the order is then ready for dispatch.
        • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
          • This depends on where you live - We dispatch some items from the UK and some from the US to provide the best garments and service to all! Please see below an estimated time frame we expect our deliveries to arrive at your front door:-

          • UK: 4-6 working days [Tracked]
          • USA: 7-13 working days [Tracked]
          • EU: 7-13 working days [Tracked]

        • Is there any possible charges or delays i should be aware of?
          • Yes, Customs Charges - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
        • Can I have a tracking number?
          • We try to offer a tracked service for all of our deliveries around the UK, to the USA, Canada & EU. Some other world locations tracking may not be available.
          • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
            • We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :) 
          • Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
            • Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.
            • Another reason is if a mobile telephone number has not been left, as well as no email address, we can't send you the notifications.
          If you believe you may have entered your email or mobile number incorrectly, please contact us and we will fix it for you.
            • What is your refund policy?

              • All orders can be cancelled within 48 hours, we hold off sending all orders for that period to allow for a cooling off period. If 48 hours has passed since you have placed your order and you have received a shipping confirmation, that means the order has been sent and the order can no longer be cancelled.
              • All of our products are freshly printed when you place your order, so we only accept returns for a refund if the product is genuinely faulty or in the rare case of a human error being made causing you to receive the wrong product.

              • We strive for a 100% satisfaction shopping experience, if there are any issues at all please get in touch with us and we will endeavor to resolve any problems or queries that may arise.
            • I entered my address wrong! Can you please change it or replace my order?

              Yes! If you contact us within 48 hours we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at the checkout.

            Want to order some Official Beachbody Apparel with us in the UK?

            Here's everything you need to know when ordering..

            Firstly, as this is a new addition to Obsessed Merch, here is how we currently do things with our new BB supplier.
            We keep most items in stock, however some we list on our website are swiftly ordered in instead when an order is placed. We do this to enable more choice for you but also a more sustainable structure for us too.

            We update our stocks regularly and receive updates from our suppliers warehouse to avoid stock outages when you order with us. But, if we do happen to have a stock discrepancy, we will be in touch promptly afterwards.

            Delivery & Returns are handled differently with our Beachbody Collection

            Our Delivery & Returns Policy for Beachbody products is slightly different due to these items being pre-manufactured which in turn means that distance selling regulations apply.


            We only offer these items within the UK so our processing time is massively reduced. We estimate 1-3 Business working days to process your order and acquire stock if needed. Then we will dispatch with Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.
            Overall we hope to have your Beachbody Apparel purchases in hand in 3-5 Business working days. If a delay does occur with stock delivery to us we will keep you in the loop. :-)


            • Because these products are Official Beachbody and already produced, we will honour the 14 day return / exchange policy. If it doesn't fit or you just don't like it, let us know at or via our website contact section.
            • Posting your Return: Whether you are returning BB item/s to us for exchange or refund, you will need to cover your own postage costs. However, if you would like an exchange, we will happily send out the replacement size free of charge.
            Please Note: We must receive the items back to us with any tags/original packaging still intact. If the item does not come back to us in a resell-able state, we will need to review the refund costs and deduct a percentage to account for the garments condition.
            • Faulty products: If you feel the BB item you have received from us is faulty or not to the standard you were expecting, please get in touch with us via or via our contact section. Please include images of the fault and await our response to move forward with a solution.
