Shift Shop by Chris Downing is a fast paced workout that will test your strength determination and agility to the max!
As you progress from strength and agility sessions things are going to get tough, especially as the intensity increases week by week with extended time and heavier weights. There's likely to be moment you'll need to modify to keep moving! The way Chris does modification is nice and easy... Just "Slow Your Roll" simple... right.. NO! It's still a tough challenge but if it was easy, everyone would do it!
So if your proud be a slow roller and strive for progress not perfection... This tank top is the one for you. ;-)

Garment Features
- 4 oz.
- 60% combed ringspun cotton/40% polyester lightweight jersey
- contoured spinal shaped back to allow full arm movement.
- Dipped racerback straps
Tanks are a women's cut and fit nicely to curves, if you are a larger busted woman you may want to consider a larger size. Or, maybe size up if your after a loose fit. This tank is only available up to 2XL. If you are looking for a bigger size, please view our other tank types.
